I have purchased the infinix smart tv from flipkart and after using it for only 4 months the tv started giving problems and then the display automatically gone after several complaints to the brand they have sent service guy and the service guy told that the tv is not repairable. The company has arranged the pickup for refund and the tv was picked up almost 2months back, but till now no compensation or refund has been granted, we are continuously following up with the brand but still no success they are even nit responding to our queries,
pls look into this, this is total harassment.
Pls help me in getting the refund.
