Few days ago I’ve applied for a job on quiker then i got a call from this company called Infinity Enterprises which asked me to send my adhar card/Driving License and my signature via Whatsapp for registration which i did after that their was option to download the agreement but i was unable to download as their was error, I informed the same to the concern person they said they will send me in email which I didn’t received yet so I started my work and completed it, and now i got an email from Legal Department([email protected]) and phone call saying he will file case against me for violation and that i have to pay amount of 7100rs within 15 mins or they will file case against me for amount of 3-4lakhs, i got scared and took down his googlepay no. which he gave and extended my deadline of payment by half hour so now I don’t know what to do please help and I have not paid a single money to them
