I had ordered burger patty from jioMart app. What I received is ruined and crumbled product. I emailed and filed my complaint with them through email. I got a reply in the email that I will get a new product within 48 hours. After 4 days of filing the complaint they called me. The executive told me to return the ruined product. I said I have thrown it already. He said if you do not have the product you will not get a refund or a replacement. I said why did you not inform me that in the email. He had no answer to it. I then added that it was a perishable product that stank, why will I keep it in my fridge until and unless I am informed about it in the email. He had no answers to my question. He simply said you will not get a refund or replacement.
