order No# 48018, purchase dated 21st July there are few related defects found during the usage of your product as listed below:
1) Branding on the charging box got vanished within 2 months duration.
2) While making or attending calls the end user is unable to hear my voice and sometimes calls are not able to get connected while using the bluetooth earphone. Anyways listening music is ok same like wired headsets.
3) The major issue is the earphone part which is inserted inside ears got ripped off on both earphone unit due to inferior quality of workmanship/ product quality.
4) Charging box hinges are also very low quality type.
No customer care response & very poor quality cheap chinese product.
