I am T.Ramesh, recently I was relocated to a new house and I re-installed the airtel DTH setup by means of airtel service providers. Further, I have recharged with an amount of Rs.497 + Rs.50 = Rs.547/- and it was updated in my account accordingly, but, there is no dth services that appeared on my television. But, at present, my account was showing an outstanding amount of Rs.463 for 29 days, day-by-day the amount of my recharge was decreasing but there is no dth services have appeared on my television and also I made several attempts to contact airtel customer care and due to covid-19 lockdown, no assistance has appeared to my request. Therefore, I sincerely request to remit back my loss amount and also update my dth services, as early as possible.
