Dear sir or madam
This is a complain from user ID 1104920507 regarding relocation and installation of dish on the window.it is more than two weeks now that it hasn’t been done yet. It was committed by Sonakshi (Mumbai) that it would be done so and even the person mr.jayesh had harassed us by asking us to be on site and did not turn up.later when he did he said that he would install the dish from his end and that we shodnt tell tatasky. He would do on personal basis. When we heard this we asked him to call again so that we could record the racket going on.which eventually we have as a proof . And when we informed him that we would like only Tata sky to install it,then their harassment started.
We spoke to Ms Sonakshi and communicate with her on WhatsApp and gave her the recording and the SMS by mr.jayesh asking us not to complain.but sadly this matter is not being solved as we did not take it privately. Again I have messages from ms Sonakshi that the person would come to the site. The first person called and informed today that he wouldn’t be coming ,as another person would .but the second person now calls up and says he has not been provided with the dish and stuff ,so how can he come. If he’s not provided with the dish then why was he even appointed and given the number of the person to be contacted? Or did he also install the dish for someone else with a bit of money and now says he doesn’t have?
Please look into this matter as it’s grave .the site is in Mumbai for relocation.
