It is to inform that the customer care center of Airtel is providing a terrible service to the customers. The biggest problem is that the calls are not received and even if they are accepted, they are left abandoned without any solution. The ruthless and rude behaviour by the employees is not acceptable. It is requested that suitable action should be taken against the airtel service center.
