Multiple transactions on my IndusInd credit card by this Fraud merchant Retail Domestic PT Mum. I noticed it while paying my card bill today 1st November 2021.
Transactions were preceded with a declined transaction due to wrong CVV. Then after about 10 minutes another transaction that has succeeded. Clearly there is no OTP / PIN compromised. Some how the otp is being guessed but it goes through on 2nd try it seems.
The bank was useless only asking to write mail that will be responded in 3 days.
IndusInd is rubbish for Customer Service anyway.
