I am a driver and one of the clients did not pay his fare , I complained on the Indriver support portal , they told me that they do not refund and that they waiting on the response of the client. Indriver is not restricting him until he pays , they are still allowing this person to take rides . Indriver has taken their fare portion but not concerned about my money.
Indriver support says that if he does it again to other driver’s only then they are going to restrict him permanently, so this means I’m not getting my money.
