I booked a cab from Nocturne Club near Park street at around 1.30-1.40am at night, dated :21.06.2023.
There were two drops entered in the app. And the amount, decided by the cab driver and accepted by me, was Rs310.
The cab driver came on time, picked me up along with my friend.
My first drop was at Vidyasagar main road where after reaching the driver said there is no mention of the second drop and without even showing me or asking me he ended the trip.
I paid him Rs310 in cash and repeatedly told him that i have booked two drops and showed him my phone where the two drops at two different locations were mentioned.
2nd drop was at Rajdanga main road.
I tried reaching InDriver support on the app.
Repeatedly, they just asked me whats the issue. And when i wrote the issue the chat just ended without any solution provided from their side.
I was stranded in the middle of the road at 2.20am in the morning. I booked another uber and came back home.
I did again try to contact the char support the next day morning i.e, 22.06.2023 but again the same issue.
