We booked a cab on indrive application which clearly said the ride is of AIR CONDITIONED RIDE, THE driver turned of the A.C and started saying that we riders dont pay them for ac and this is my car and no one can tell me to do what is should do, i complained about it on the support page on the app the support called to the driver and did not call to me, in which the driver lied to the support and said that how can you hear from anyone that the AC is off by anyone he reffered to me , i immediately reognised that the support called him and i said loudly so that my voice could reach the support that to video call him or to me so that it can be proved that he has turned of the A.C, further he started arguing that client does not make us necessary payments , i asked him if you are not getting money then why you accepted the ride and offered me this amount to be paid. He then took the cab aside on the eastern express highway and threatened us to leave the car or he will lock us and walk off.
