I had to take A cab at around 11 10 pm to alipore park road in kolkata, which I take many times, this time the cab driver stopped near manoharpukur at Jatin Das park square and refused to drop me at my actual location saying this is location, I messaged their customer care instantly but no reply came tik 2 hrs later so I had to pay extra 100 rs to the driver to drop me to location as it was night time, for distance of around 3km. If not reimbursed I will take this up legally, please revert.
