 Hello, i have been complaining through airtel Mobile app and even via calling to customer care regarding the stunning network issue. I had an interaction with all the airtel users in my area and I found the same issue. No indoor coverage and outdoor coverage also not that good. In The Indoors we can’t even talk. All the time we have to go out to make conversation even while talking with airtel customer care. Because indoors I can’t listen to the opposite person’s voice and also I am not audible to them also. While calling the network is not good what I expect from the Internet network. It’s a dumbo. Search something or browse or watch video its loading and buffering. But when we all check the network availability in airtel mobile app, it says full of network coverage. Then where the network goes if full network coverage is here ? We have all been requested multiple times to send your technician to survey and check in practically what customer facing issue by talking with us and increase the coverage and resolve the issue. But no one is coming at all. And customer care re-preventative only gives assurance that we are very sorry and we are working on it. We are now frustrated. I can’t even do my work from home. I have to use my mobile as she is using Jio. And Jio is working better.  I am a thing to switch so kindly resolve this issue.
