With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the network and internet connection has not worked indoors for the last 2 month. I have made several calls on customer care and also complaint in jio app..I have 4 jio sim but I haven’t get proper response.
I need a proper network and internet connection throughout the day. My house location is exactly on the back side of the Jio tower on the main road. Then Why have I to face such issues??To attain every call I have to always go outside but this is not possible for work. All jio users facing such problems in my area.
It would be highly appreciated if you respond my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.
