Text of Complaint by MAHMADKHAN SARVANI:

I have been Port my seem from idea to airtel. Till today I am anable to make call and anable to receive calls in my home. During idea service it was not problem.
SECOND THING IS WHEN I REGISTERED COMPLAINT BY THEIR APP , THEY GIVING ME TIME FOR 10 DAY TO SOLVE IT. IT IS NOT FAIR, BECAUSE DURING THIS TIME (10 DAYS) I AM LOSING MY BENEFITS OF VALIDITY. SO WHAT IS THE LAKE OF THIS TIME. THEY SHOULD GIVE ME BENIFIT TO EXPAND VELIDITY TILL SOLVE CALL DROP ISSUE.
IF THEY DON’T WANT GIVE IT THEY SHOULD ALLOW TO PORT MY NUMBER AND SHOULD NOT TAKE RULE OF 90 DAY.
LIKE THIS SERVICE I CAN’T STAY FOR 90 DAY. I WANT TO PORT OTHERS MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER BUT RULE IS 90 DAY. WHY.

DON’T LISTEN MY comments,If my complaint IS NOT WELL. BUT YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT why 90 DAY NECESSARY TO PORT. IT IS LIKE JAIL to STAY HERE with poor service, IF COSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED then why CUSTOMER HAVE TO STAY IN WITH THIS COMPANY for 90 days, ALTHOUGH HE IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE BENEFITS OF SERVICE.

Think about why 90 day is necessary , when costomer not satisfied by PORT.
