I had booked via yatra.com my indigo flight and within 24 hrs of booking i cancelled the flight. I cancelled 2 PNR’s out of which one was canclled and another did not get cancelled. I have sharing details with Indigo customer care from a month the alternative number i called from, the time of my call and also 2 PNR’s. but no response. everytime i call they tell me that i will get a call from them within 24hrs and it never happens. and again i need to share the same details why are you eating my money and i need to follow up for my own money. Disgusting indigo customer service.
