Dear sir,
I request you that we had Booked a flight through Paytm from Bangalore to Jaipur on 6 April 2020 in Indigo Airlines flight number 6E 232 which was cancelled due to lockdown.
Sir, Even after continuously following Indigo and paytm for the last two month my flight ticket charges will not reversed, today in this wicked situation of epidemic my family and I are not able to run my expenses as well,whereas while booking the flight ticket the ticket charges were given by me for Rs.15712/- in Return, Paytm gave me only Rs.1474/- After a long day of flowers from Paytm and Indigo.
Sir, In this hours of crisis, I should be helped by getting my ticket charges Reversed so that I can live my life.
