Indigo airlines and their payment processor CC Avenue are unable to accurately process credit card payments. There are extremely long processing delays of up to 20 hours without advice of status. Both my US banks flagged the attempted payment as fraud. Even though I eventually pre approved a booking payment, there terrible customer service is asking m to le to again wait one hour for paying status because their systems are offline. Every hour I wait to learn payment status, ticket prices increase.
