Text of Complaint by Abhay TOPRE:

I have booked a flight ticket from Nagpur to Bangalore on 29.01.2023 for 3 Feb 2023. Rs.3682/- paid through credit card. When I tried web checking on Indigo website on 1 Feb 23. Indigo website displayed “Incorrect PNR”. Immediately I called Varafi customer support as I booked ticket from Varafi .com, the customer support agent Ms Varsha admitted that the PNR generated by Varafi is wrong/fake. He assured me that the money will be returned within 3-5 working days. Since then I have been calling Varafi Customer Support Miss Varsha, Shruti, Mandira and Himanshu every 3-5 working days till date i.e. 07.03.2023, still the reply from Varafi Customer Support is the same that 3-+5 working days Money will be returned within. , But the money has not been received yet. Refund from Varafi status is status quo. Please help in the matter to refund money with 18% interest due to delay in payment.
