On 5th of September 2020, I made an online purchase for Rs. 1347/- from IndianEthnic online website, an apparel website, through Razor pay payment gateway. My bank, Yes Bank, statement shows a debit of equivalent amount, but neither I received any SMS or Email alert regarding the amount debited. Infact Razor pay had not sent any email about receipt of the amount, and the merchant is not at all traceable.

This is a fraud website as till date they haven’t delivered the product nor have they shared any shipment details. It is an online scam. Now I see internet is flooded with complaint against this website.

Kindly do the needful to stop such scam and save the buyers from getting cheated. The victims are large in number.
Secondly, the payment gateway Razorpay must be questioned why they continue and choose to be associated with such merchants? Why did not they send a receipt confirmation on the email id provided?
