Sir,
I am Jishnu VR from Thrissur, Kerala. Today I downloaded Indian Union Credit Cash Loan App from google play store to apply personal loan. Personal address, account details, Aadhaar details, digital signature etc. are filled to get the loan approved. After that it was said that the loan has been approved and to transfer the loan, I have to pay 750 rupees for membership. Having doubts, I contacted them through WhatsApp. The person who came on the chat showed Bajaj finance company id card and when asked for company id sent a PAN card photo and said loan transfer only if cash is sent. When I said that I am not sending money because I don’t trust him, he threatened me that he will deduct the money from the bank because I have signed the loan agreement and that he will file a case in court. Currently I am unable to cancel this loan application. So I request that such fraudsters should be found and given the punishment they deserve and the affected people should be helped.
