On 1-1-2024, IOB has charged an amount of Rs.295 without any reason. They charged without my consent or prior information. This looting of money unnecessarily from IOB should be condemned. Another Rs.295 was stolen by IOB few months back and I wasn’t aware of the theft happened. As a Student who has to rely on Parents for money, 295 is not a small amount for me. For an account balance of Rs.2000, charging 295 is about 15% of account balance looted. IOB must refund our money back!.
