Dear sir,
I had put my requirement of IFB washing body on India mart. After posting my requirement few supplier contacted through indiamart app. One of them was Freezer point, who understood my requirement and agreed to to provide product within 3 days after 100% payment. I had made the payment through phone pay. After payment supplier is not responding to my calls and messages. when i complained to india mart with all the necessary documents. Inida mart has blacklisted that seller but refused to refund my money. We are trusting india mart as a middleman. I m looking for full refund from india mart as It is verifying its suppliers before list on platform. I am attaching paid invoice for the reference.
