I had ordered few groceries from Dmart ready app ( Order no19656336) Online transaction done through UPI Payment app from IDBI Bank amount Rs.2789.24 has been debited from my IDBI account and shows that the payment done to indiaideas@icici but still Dmart ready app shows payment failed as they have not received payment. UPI app notification confirms that payment is done to indiaideas@icici ( UPI reference id 022720085639.
Trying to contact both Dmart and billdesk/Indiaideas but both are not traceable. I have send an email to Dmart but no response yet.
Request you to please help me in getting my refund as soon as possible
