I had ordered cake from Indiacake on 25th Nov 2023. Paid full amount in advance still next day received a sms for extra 275 Rs. This amount was not mentioned anywhere when I ordered the cake. Its 01Nov and they have not delivered the cake till date. I called them for cancellation and refund, but their Customer care person has not cancelled the order yet. I have not received any SMS from them regarding order cancellation and refund status.
