I had taken a product using dhani card on emi basis.At the time of payment my amount get deducted but on dhani app it was showing failed and their executive started calling me and threatened me for cibil score.This was the incident in november 2021 and again in the month of December I paid surplus amount of 949 the total actual amount to be paid.But again same thing happened and now they have even assigned the collection officer to collect the amount.They have acted on my cibil score also so kindly help with me.The are mentally harassing me.Please lookout to it as early as possible.
