Please avoid Indiabulls dhani one freedom card as even if you do not use it they will debit your bank account with rs 1500/- if you have a limit of one lakh.In other words they are charging you Rs 18000/- per year even if the card is not used.Despite numerous complaints by email and telephone no response from
them .Will Now forwarded the complaint to The Banking Ombudsman for further action.
I have been trying to reach your call center and email team since 13 or 15th December. However, there is no reply for the emails neither does your toll free no gets connected always busy and IVR literally absurd.
You should look into your team, i have been dropping reminders but i get only the automated mail reverts. Make some good use of your office team.
I would like to take some legal action against your team for providing false promise over call and not adhering to it. Now it depends whether i should i approach in a legal way or you will arrange a call back and resolve my issue.
