Dear sir,
I have EMI of Indiabulls Dhani fin. of INR 2615 and i was maintain balance since 1 Oct 2022 to 18 oct 2022 of INR 2615 also i was following with dhani customer care since last 15 days and they told me EMI will be deduct in some days However i got call from India bulls Recovery team that your EMI is pending and pay urgenlty with Late fee.
I told them all story that My Bank balance is there and i am also waiting to deduct.
i dont know what happening behind of that Dhani Finance Loan department but they did this 3rd time and added extra penalty charges in my Loan account.
Please sir help to fix this issue as they are doing with me fraud.
If they can take late charges from customer if EMI not get paid on time then why not we should remove our penalties if Finance companies nit taken EMI on time.
i want justice to forgive my all late fee charges added fraud way by INDIABULLS Dhani
also one interested thing now that recovery agent not receiving my call for clarification also customer care telling me that Home PIN is wring and they cannot do investigate untill i tell them true PIN. 🙁
