I took a loan of 3 lakhs from indiabulls dhani on june 2019. I am paying emi of 10997 every month. The money is actually getting auto debit from my bank account 5th of every month. But still they are calling every month for payment. Daily atleast 10-15 calls. I told them that emi already got auto debit on 5th but still they are forcing me to pay. I am really fedup with peoples. I told them that i have bank statement proof of payment which i can show them but no one listens me and force me to make the payment. Yesterday i got sms that some advocate from gurgaon will file case against me of mandate/cheque dishonour which lead me to 2 years jail or double the payment or both. I dont know what to do. I HAVE NEVER MISSED A SINGLE EMI MANDATE SINCE 2.5 years of taking the loan. But still I am suffering harassment from these indiabull dhani people. I am thinking to file FIR to local police station against these guys. I beg to consumer forum higher authorities to look into the matter very seriously as I think I am not only victim but many indians are victims of these fraud dhani peoples.
