My Loan Account Number: PL54131973
I am trying to connect with IndiaBulls Dhani finance through phone number (0124-6165722) & email (service_dhani@indiabulls.com) since April 2020 but no there is no response.
My EMI’s is not been deducted since April 2020 in-spite of sufficient balance. I tried to pay the installment through the dhani app and it was refunded in Month of May 2020.
I am trying to reach them for the clarification but no response. This has impacted my Cibil record and I feel frustrated since I wanted to pay the EMI on time but they aren’t deducting and I bringing to their notice from very long time.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest with high priority
