Sir i am using dhani one freedom card for the past 6 months. Dhani charges a monthly subscription fees of rs 1500 to give me a daily credit limit of rs 12500.However on 28 february they suddenly blocked my card saying that i have to clear all my dues together to get back my credit limit. This was the first fraud. I am supposed to pay the amount over a period of three months but i was asked to pay in one month. But i paid and my total due now is rs 0.But they have not restored back my daily credit limit. Even after payment of all dues they are keeping my card blocked. Not only that they are not letting me use the card, they are charging subscription fee per month for a card that is currently inactive. So to summarize these are the three frauds dhani has done with me:
1.They tricked me by saying I have to pay dues over 3 months but made me pay the entire due in one month
2 Even after payment of all the dues they are keeping my card inactive while charging subscription fee per month for a service they are not providing at all.
3.Customer care team giving me vague reasons like your card is blocked for security reason and all and asked me to send my aadhar card, pan card, bank statement over mail. I sent them on 5 march and they are then telling everyday that card will be reactivated within 24 hours while still keeping my card inactive and charging subscription fees.
