This app has 4* rating. 95% of reviews are from fake accounts. Its customer care is openly cheating by showing fake loan approved documents which are signed by a bank manager and my sign which it asked to provide.
It’s procedure of cheating:-
1.demand ₹750 for fast disbursal of loan amount into our account.
2.demanding compulsory payment of 5 % processing fee (₹2500 or ₹3500 or higher) in advance for instant loan crediting.
3. Later Intentionally changes our account no. and tells us we typed wrong Acc. no. So pay 30% of loan amount as unblocking fee.
4.Even after paying that much also they tell some stories, reasons to grab as much as possible from us.
I have demanded the customer care person to refund the money I paid, he said everythingwill be refunded if you pay unblocking processing fee. Plz ? take action against it.
