While paying interest amount last date it showing more than double of my interest amount. While contacting customer care they are saying to with charges my monthly interest amount 7K but it’s showing next 2 days 17K, Interest amount increasing daily automatically, we are ready to pay my interest amount only. Customer care not helpful. Every India Gold contact person not helpful they are saying to pay full amount with charges. Government need strong action on this.
