Dear Sir,
I have taken a loan from India bulls dhani app in last year a amount of rs 2600 for a period for six month. 5th date of every month a auto debit happened in my account of rs 42 for loan intrest and a auto dabit of rs 130 in every 15th of every month for a mamber ship fee.
It’s ok I give all the amount every month but last month when my loan last installment debit from my account with a amount of 2671.As per me my loan is close now and no outstanding from my aide.
But after a week I get a call from India bulls dhani customer care and the executive ask me sir you have a outstanding of rs 42 in your account. When my loan is closed why I give you interest and for what. But it’s not in off I give 42 rs to India bulls dhani. Again after 10 days approx again I received a call from India bulls dhani customer care no and that time I executive ask me sir you have a outstanding of rs 1 in your account. I am surprised what is going on.
Last time executive sir now you have no. Outstanding and you get a call from our side in next 2/3 days regarding your NOC. And now other one call me for rs one. It’s ok I give him 1 rs by online application payment and the executive again told me sir you get a call from our side for NOC. Now till date I not get a call. And I am again surprised when I get text message from my bank your account is debit ra 590.When ai call to my bank customer no for confirm which type of charges debit from my bank account they told me sir a bounces charges is debit from your account and the charges is against India bulls dhani payment.
I don’t understand what the company doing.
Sir my humble request to you please take a strict action against them.
- In proof I have a recording for both calls which I have received from India bulls dhani with date.
- Sir I am faid up from this harassment.
