The set top box shows video for approximately 10 seconds and then freezes for about 10 seconds. The same issue is there with every channel. The customer service number is either unreachable or disconnects after about 10 minutes on hold. Please… resolve our problem. I want to refund my money, i purchase Independent tv in rs 3000/-, so i just want my money refund from company……
