Hello,
Respected Sir/Madam,
We have taken a Set top box / dish tv of an Independent TV, Three months before, the guy came to our house to set up all the channels and other material like dish antena, set top box.
He said that we will get all the channels free for the whole one year and after two months the channels are getting dissapear which are some religious channel like Marathi, Sports and some more, and for this we have paid 2800/- Rupees.
When we call the number of that guy he said he has left the job, and then we had called several times on customer care number, they do not response properly and they disconnect alsways not even here the complaint properly. I am not the only person who has the problem there are some 4/5 neighbour having the same issue and they are also trying from their end to contact to the correct person.
Please can you help us and do favour on us.
