Text of Complaint by Syed Lateef Ahmed:

I have taken service earlier from Big tv and now it has been changed to Idependent TV service provider. I was asked to call their customer care to get the set top box updated. I have been calling them since past two months and they are saying that they will send technician and has been telling the same thing since last two months. They are not giving any reference number or comolaint number and when ask to speak with supervisor they are disconnecting the call. I asked for refund and they are saying that they will not give refund and asking us to wait till technician come and was saying they dont know when the technician will come. I have already paid for 2 years subscription and i want my money back.
