ello Sir,
Purchased tv connection on Nov 2018 with words that we have to pay Rs 2500 with new dish and validity 1 year with HD channels.
But between a period from feb 2019 till today,
- Star plus not coming
- When star plus came, zeetv and colour not coming
- And now from last 15 days showing Error 400.
- Customer care number always busy.
- Last week during call customer executive tv will work after 19 June but no positive result.
