Good day,

Independent TV got installed with a delay of 8 months. It was agreed to provide all the channels (including HD, Sports, English, Hindi) free for one year, at the time of booking and installation. Agreed service provided for a couple of months and then it started to drop channels one by one of it’s own choice. Now, they have dropped Star channel Pack as well since 16th Apr and not providing a satisfactory answer.  Can you push them to provide agreed channels?
