Hi Sir,
I purchased 1 year pack of independent Tv DTH connection. After 2 months, it was not working and their customer care no is also not reachable.Recently they messaged me the alternate customer care no. Tried contacting them several time, after hearing my complaint they had disconnected the call.After several trail and confirmation on call disconnection,spoken to customer care representative.After hearing my complaint, he concerned more on not speaking in Hindi than my complaint.He insulted me for not speaking in Hindi and speaking in english. When I questioned back why they have english preference in their customer care call, he too disconnected.Need your help on this.Thanks in advanve.
