I have taken the connection under Independent TVs under Mahabachat Scheme, my Customer ID number is 1013566854, Which started from 12 February 2019. But now many channels have been closed. After Telephonic convergence has been told that under the rule of TRAI you are no longer able to get enough channels. As far as I know that the order of TRAI was before 12 February 2019, then how can added to me under Mahabachat Yojana, and now the Star Pack has also been discontinued, which is very sad. Regardless of the order of TRAI, how can added to me in this scheme, which verifies that Independent TV is making a customer by making false promises to the customer.
