I had got 2 connections of independent cable TV in the end of Jan 2019, but during the month of May 2019, the operator had discontinued its services and till now no update is received from them. I had made complaints a number of times but all in vain. Please let us know the status of it otherwise refund the amount deposited by us. If not action was taken we shall be compelled to move to consumer Court.
