Sir,
I request you regarding my complaint against DTH box no. DHA042170 Independent tv. I am contact customer care and registered my complain through request number is 2706678 , and tentative resolution time is 24 Hrs on 8/6/2019.
On that day after 24 Hrs. no any resolution and no body contact us. We again call customer care after 48 hrs and every time we contact there they want more 24 hrs time last 2 days.
I am very disappointed with customer services every time say me independent tv website not working I am unable to see your problem and again lodge your request.
I am contact company Nodal Officer north zone on mobile that was provided on co.website but unfortunately officer number is not working.
I mail to customer care and co grievance cell mail but no body reply us.
Kindly you resolve my problem as early as soon.
