My independent tv dth service is not working (Error code – 400) for CUSTOMER ID: 1000996643.
I registered a complaint on 21.03.2019 with independent tv and. As per policy, they are supposed to resolve the issue within 24 hours, but still, the problem is unattended. I had made so many reminder calls but no progress. The customer care just updated me that the technician has been assigned and will be attending shortly, every time I call the same update nothing more nothing less
I had taken a 1-year subscription and paid for the 1-year dth service in advance.
