Hello,
I applied to a connection with Reliance BigTV which was later called as Independent TV.
Booking Date: 8th March 2018
My Booking ID: 14503868
Connections Booked : 1
AMOUNT PAID : 500
Even after call these customer care I was told that, the new connection will be installed but it was never installed.
I called the customer care for a refund, but the refund was never processed.
PLEASE HELP ME
