Sir I am siba prasad moharathy from orissa,I installed independent tv cud id-510019024049739 for one year just paid rupees 2600. Before I installed I am fully confirm from service provider that no channel should be cut from this mahabachat pack as per trai guideline.but now all sony channels are messaging that this channel like to be cut due to pending due by service provider.so please register a complain.
Independent tv sony pack is likely to be disconnected.but this is illegal because i installed on feb 11 paid rs 2600 for 1year.at that time service provider committed that all channels are available for one year. trai have no effect on it.but now i am thinking they made false commitment.when i ask to independent tv customer care,executive tell me you have to pay mony for sony pack.is that correct ? So file a complain .
