I had booked independent tv dth connection by paying a booking amount of Rs.2500/-. It was installed on 12th November 2018.
This connection was with a promise of all HD and sd channels free for one year and all fta channels for 5 years. Now from 30th Jan 2019, all hd channels stopped working. On top of that many other channels like Star plus, Zee tv, etc…;were removed since 31st March 2019 all channels except Free to Air channels have stopped and the cited is the change in rules.
The customer care is totally unresponsive and unhelpful. These guys are playing with personal sentiments and are making money. Independent TV owner should be penalized as per the law.
