I have installed the Independent setup box in March 2019 month but then after they are not providing support. Most channels are deactivated for a long last time as for current all Zee network channels are not working. Rest all channels are a pause and play after every 10 seconds.
When I call customer care there is no response and never give satisfied answers .they said that your problem will be solved in 24 hours but today after 10 days my problem is not solved Please help to sort out the problem.
