I had ordered a new Realme Buds air 3 from flipkart which turned out to be a refurbished one as it displayed “Balabhadra’s Realme buds air 3” . I raised for an exchange of the device and the authorities made me wait for a whole week before it was cancelled by the seller and it was past the return date(which I think was intentional) , After that I raised a return and refund of the said device and they keep delaying it indefinitely.
