Every month I deposit electricity bill around Rs 4000 or below. But the bill that I received in this month (october) is 17000 but the units of electricity used is same as normal . Wrong meter readings have been uploaded on my account due to which I received such high electricity bill. Even the person whose name was Ajay Sharma came from KESCO for meter reading told me that and assured that he would get the bill corrected. But even after so many days he is avoiding my calls and has not done it. He gave me a no. Of another guy called Shubham Verma who is also equally rude and incompetent. Please help me with issue and take strict action against these people.
